EPE Foam Packaging Inserts | Custom Protective Foam Liner for Product Packaging

Custom EPE Foam Packaging Inserts are specially designed protective liners made from Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) foam, also commonly known as pearl cotton foam. The foam insert is precisely cut according to the shape and dimensions of the packaged product, creating dedicated compartments that help hold products securely inside boxes, cartons, cases and shipping containers.

With lightweight cushioning, flexible construction and customizable shapes, EPE foam packaging inserts are suitable for protecting electronics, hardware, tools, machinery components, glass products, cosmetics, instruments and other items during storage and transportation.

Unlike standard foam sheets, custom EPE packaging inserts are manufactured according to the actual dimensions of the product and packaging box. The insert can be designed with individual cavities, grooves, slots and compartments to keep different components separated and properly positioned.
